How to Create a New Ticket?

To create a new ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Log In:

    • Access your Client Portal.
    • Navigate to the Tickets section on the left menu.
  2. Initiate a Ticket:

    • Click the “New Ticket” button.
  3. Fill Out the Details:

    • Select a category and urgency under the Priority section.
    • Enter a title for your ticket.
    • Write your message in the Message box.
  4. Attach Files (Optional):

    • If needed, click “Attach file” to upload any relevant documents.
  5. Submit the Ticket:

    • Click “Submit” to send your ticket.
