How to Make a Withdrawal Request?

To make a withdrawal request, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Client Portal.
2. Go to the “Withdrawal” section on the left menu.
3. Select your account and preferred withdrawal method.
4. Enter the withdrawal amount and provide the recipient’s wallet address or email.
   • For cryptocurrency withdrawals, choose the specific cryptocurrency as well.
5. Click “Next” to review the details and confirm the transaction.

Please note that withdrawals are processed within up to 48 hours.
