We are excited to announce that we will be conducting maintenance and upgrades on our trading servers. These upgrades will be taking place on our trading servers. These upgrades will help us provide you with an even better trading experience.
During the maintenance and upgrades, you will be able to withdraw your funds at any time, however, deposits will not be possible until the end of the maintenance period. Also we kindly request that you close any open trades that you may have and hold, until April 4th, 22:00 EET Time (MT5 trading server time). This will help avoid any inconveniences or interruptions in your trading.
It is worth mentioning that, unfortunately, no trades can be opened/executed from the moment until the new upgrades of the platform take place, that you would be notified about, by a further notification.
Please manage to close your trades/orders before the mentioned time, as those may be closed by the broker as we need to carry out the maintenance and upgrades.
As an estimated timeframe, we anticipate that the maintenance and upgrades will take approximately 72 hours to complete, after which the platform will be fully accessible again.
